Nobel Biocare implants, restored right the first time.

Spectrum Killian restores Nobel Biocare implants every day — Conical Connection, Tri-channel, External Hex, N1 and NobelPearl. You place them. We take it from the scan to the seated restoration, with the libraries, the parts knowledge, and the full-arch experience to get the fit right the first time.

What We Do

Nobel Biocare implants, restored by a lab that knows them

Restoring an implant well starts with knowing exactly what was placed. Nobel Biocare spans five prosthetic connection systems, and a component built for one will not seat in another. Spectrum Killian restores these systems daily, holds the CAD libraries, and keeps the platform-to-part mapping straight — so cases come back fitting, and you spend less time chasing components.

Dental Laboratory

Spectrum Killian

One of the fastest-growing dental laboratories in the country, Spectrum Killian pairs master craftsmanship with modern digital workflows. From custom abutments to full-arch restorations, their team is known for precision fit, fast turnaround, and a level of clinical support that treats every case as its own problem to solve.

The Implant System

Nobel Biocare

In 1952 the Swedish physician Per-Ingvar Brånemark found that bone would bond permanently to titanium. Nobel Biocare — then Nobelpharma — is the company that commercialized that finding, and the first patient was treated on Brånemark implants in 1965. The lineage runs from the Brånemark System through NobelReplace, NobelActive and NobelParallel to the N1 system today. Along the way Nobel Biocare introduced All-on-4, still the reference protocol for full-arch treatment on four implants, and cites more than 4,500 published scientific articles behind its portfolio.

Why It Matters

Built for the way modern practices work

Everything you need for implant cases — sourcing, restoration, and support — handled by one lab that knows the system.

🔬

The Original Osseointegration Lineage

The Brånemark System is the implant modern implantology was built on, and Nobel Biocare has carried that line forward without a break. Its current TiUltra and Xeal anodized surfaces extend the same idea from the bone interface up through the abutment, where soft tissue has to seal.

🦴

The Full-Arch Protocol It Wrote

All-on-4 came out of Nobel Biocare's work with Paulo Maló and is still the reference for rehabilitating an arch on four implants with immediate function. If you treat full-arch cases, you are working inside a protocol this manufacturer defined — and Spectrum Killian restores it every week.

🦷

Restorative Confidence

Spectrum Killian holds the Nobel Biocare CAD libraries and restores the system daily — so every Universal Base, custom abutment, and full-arch prosthesis is engineered for an exact, passive fit.

📈

A System Patients Trust

Nobel Biocare is one of the names patients meet first when they research implants, and All-on-4 is one of the few implant terms they arrive already knowing — which makes treatment easier to present, and easier to accept.
